You don't need the Alcohol to enjoy the classic aromatic flavours we all so love in a gin and tonic. Essentially the botanicals which make up Edinberry gin infusion kits contain a hand selected range of botanicals, blended to impart the flavours of a premium aromatically classic gin.
Just pour over boiling water and leave for 15 mins then let it cool- add a teaspoon of sugar to taste and hey wowzers!
Our blends combine the deep aroma of juniper, the zesty high-notes of coriander and hibiscus, exotic cardamon and the gentle spice from pink peppercorns, balanced with the sweet notes of rose petals.

Our Story
We often held dinner parties and friends and family would comment on our wonderful, aromatic gin.
“What brand is it, can we see the bottle, did it cost you a fortune”? they would ask.
When we told them they were drinking a standard gin that we’d pimped up with classic gin botanicals, they were genuinely surprised.
Friends and family would ask if they could take a selection home to pop in their own gin and, from this idea, Edinberry botanicals was born.

You can obviously pour our blend directly into a bottle of gin and it will do its work brilliantly.
However, we prefer to decant the grain spirit and the botanicals into beautiful crystal decanters which we’ve picked up for a song in vintage shops.
They look super swish - particularly if you’re having guests round for a party.
